Josh is a lifelong resident of the Ogilvie School district. He graduated from Ogilvie High School in 2001 and went to work in the construction industry. In 2007, he received his master plumbing license and in 2014, he opened his own plumbing business which he currently operates.
Josh has been married to his wife Cheerie since 2004 and they have two children who are currently enrolled at Ogilvie Public Schools in the middle level and high school level.
Josh has been an Ogilvie school board member since 2020. Some of his goals as a board member include: Improving the financial state of the district. As a board member, Josh wants to ensure that the district continues to properly maintain the grounds and facilities. Josh feels that the highest priority as a district should be to provide a high quality education to all students and to provide a high quality work environment for all staff.
